There are so many reasons why you might be seeking therapy. Feeling overwhelmed and unable to manage your internal experience? Maybe you feel like your pain is controlling you or you're feeling isolated and stuck. No matter where you are in your journey, I am ready to join you. Starting this process can be overwhelming, and I'm grateful for your courage to pursue this work. Your voice, pain, and experience matter. Through the therapeutic process, we can build a safe space that enables you to believe in your voice, clarify your individual values, improve your self-worth and empower you to build the life you want and deserve.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate under the supervision of a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Supervisor. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings and levels of care. I specialize in chronic pain & illness and have experience with anxiety, panic, trauma, over-controlled coping, and other behavioral patterns and concerns.
My approach is collaborative though heavily influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I began this work after realizing my own chronic pain had emotional needs and hope to offer support to others on their own journey of discovery. I look forward to the opportunity to know you and discover your unique needs and vision for a value-based life.
