I welcome you to this process in whatever stage you arrive at - we can work together to figure it all out. I specialize in helping people who come from difficult circumstances and are now struggling emotionally or with their relationships because of it. I am particularly focused on helping people heal from trauma, with an emphasis on the wounds of early childhood. I help people by thinking about relationships and attachment and by using evidence based techniques such as EMDR, Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment, and ego state therapy. Change is hard. I provide a healing space to facilitate new insight. learning, and growth.
I am an EMDR certified licensed clinical social worker and board approved supervisor with 18 years of experience. I work from a relational perspective and believe that you are the expert of your own life. I also work with dissociation, whether that means things feeling unreal and disconnected or feeling like there are parts inside that don't connect.
