We can’t always think our way out of trauma or overwhelming stress. Sometimes it feels like you’re stuck in a loop you can’t break, no matter how well you understand what happened. If talk therapy alone hasn’t helped you feel better, you’re not alone. Often we know where our struggles come from, but the body hasn’t caught up. That’s where somatic work comes in. Healing through your nervous system, not just your thoughts. In our work together, we’ll move beyond “What happened?” or “How does that make you feel?” and explore questions like, “When you feel calm or joy, what do you notice in your body?

Bringing therapy out of your head and into your body creates space for a deeper kind of change. My role is to help you tap into the wisdom your nervous system already knows. I draw from Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Brainspotting, all through a polyvagal lens. This means we work with the patterns your body holds, not just the thoughts your mind repeats.

I offer a space that is accepting, empathetic, and free of shame or judgment. Your story deserves to be heard at the deepest level, including the parts that don’t yet have words.
