Finding a safe and inviting space can help you endure the distress of beginning an unknown journey towards healing. Together, we can reprocess past traumas that have shaped your core negative self beliefs that keep you from reaching your full potential.
My therapy approaches stem from a variety of body-based therapies such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki and Trauma Informed Yoga practices . These approaches elicit mindful and grounding interventions that combine body and energy awareness which help us heal from within. I specialize in treating trauma, mood disorders, addictions & life changes.
I believe that we all have the innate capacity to heal our wounds. Together we can learn to be in the here and now and help you gain awareness, tolerance and resourcefulness to help your body find regulation.
