Hi, I'm Connie. If you're here for healing and relief, you've come to the right place. Often anxiety, depression, and a general feeling of "bad luck" can come from old wounds that haunt us. Together we can gently unwind and heal some of the older traumas and begin building a new life. I am an experiential therapist and somatic guide - meaning our style of working is more active and dynamic than traditional talk therapy (although sometimes we do that too). Embodied therapies offer positive results that hold up longer over time so you can begin living the richer, fuller life that is waiting for you.
I've worked extensively with survivors of trauma, sexual assault, addiction, Adult children of alcoholics, and forms of abuse and neglect. I use traditional and experiential therapies like psychodrama and expressive arts. I've recently added somatic coaching because the transformation is unlike anything I've seen or experienced in therapy.
I would be delighted to hear from you. I have different options friendly to your budget, including as-needed single sessions, a Transformation Series (10 sessions), or a Growth & Healing Intensive giving you a "leap" of progress.
