Bodycentered Psychotherapy, focuses on dissolving behavioral patterns that are no longer in the service of growth; healing and strengthening relationships, including the one that you have with yourself. Hypnosis is a tool for exploring the unconscious -- the realm of creativity and wisdom, discovering ways to handle obstacles and activate inner resources.
We will work (and play!) together to bring to light whatever needs healing and unblock whatever needs to move so that creative solutions are discovered in the process and through your own, innate, wisdom.
