I have specialized training in emotionally focused couple's therapy which seeks to increase awareness of each person's experiences in the relationship and facilitate conversations about how to regain, maintain, and enhance connection between partners.
I have worked with individuals experiencing a diverse range of concerns from anxiety and depression, chronic pain, difficulty with decision-making, past or current trauma, stress, and relational difficulties.
