I work with individuals, couples, families and young adults in addressing their concerns from childhood trauma to depression, and anxiety. We will work to understand your current coping mechanism and decide if healthier options are available.

I am a firm believer that happiness is possible for anyone willing to ask themselves, 'What am I willing to change to be happier?' Increased happiness becomes possible when a person is willing to reevaluate their goals and finds the courage needed to set out on a new path.

I am readily able and willing to adjust my practice to accommodate the needs of the patient and direction of the session by using numerous modalities.
