My greatest hope for people is that they realize investing in one's self is the most precious gift. Entering into therapy can be frightening to some and it takes courage to ask for help. I have a great deal of faith in people and know that anyone who wants to grow, learn and heal from the inside out can do so. My approach is holistic, encompassing the psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of self.
My specialty is working with people who are experiencing a difficult time adjusting to the many challenges in life. I help people work through issues associated with trauma, depression, anxiety and loss. I have a specialty certification in helping people work through emotions associated with advanced/chronic illnesses.
My modality of treatment is client centered, relational and cognitive therapy. In therapy, people need to feel safe and connected to the therapist. Within this therapeutic relationship, the work can be accomplished. I honor all those who are ready to do the work necessary to move forward in their lives.

Living with Cancer
This group is being offered to adults who have been diagnosed with cancer. The group is designed to be a safe place for people to express their feelings, thoughts and share with others their journey.
