I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Professional Mental Health Counselor and a Life Coach. I have provided individual and group therapy for more than 23 years, and have more than 27 years of experience working alongside people to facilitate positive change in their lives and their communities. I am currently practice focused on supporting adults, teens and children navigating grief and loss, trauma, anticipatory loss, and life transitions, and corresponding changes in identity and relationships. My style of therapy is informal, compassionate, and responsive to each person’s unique needs.
