Stephanie Betancourt is a Latinx psychotherapist who practices in the state of Florida. Ms. Betancourt received a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Central Florida. Stephanie has experience in multiple settings including in hospitals, community mental health, and private practice. Ms. Betancourt has also worked with diverse populations including children, adults, geriatric, couples, and families.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 30 years of experience in the field of Social Work. I began as a social worker working in child welfare. I proceeded to work extensively in hospitals, home health, mental health, child welfare, juvenile court, schools, palliative care, hospice, and residential settings; providing case management and discharge planning. I moved to Georgia 10 years ago with my husband and two daughters and continued to pursue my passion for helping others. I am currently residing in Orlando Florida and practicing as an LCSW in Georgia and Florida. I currently provide telehealth sessions.

We offer in person and online counseling. We have a sliding scale from $60 - $120. We are available days, evenings and weekends for your convenience. We do not accept Medicaid. The Counseling Team specializes in working with couples, families, individual,s troubled teens & children. We help with marriage and couples counseling, depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, co-dependency issues, addiction, anger issues, communication skills, fighting fairly, and other sources of stress that compromise the quality of a person's daily life experience.
