I help high performers manage anxiety and deal with their childhood trauma. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back on track. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness, meditation and your subconscious mind to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
