It is my goal to help neurodivergent individuals learn to better understand themselves and more successfully navigate the challenges of life – both good and bad – with respect to your unique needs and emotional and behavior patterns. I truly enjoy helping adults, children, and adolescents increase self-awareness, build confidence, and create fulfilling lives for themselves. In addition to providing counseling services to people of all ages for over 8 years, I am a neurodivergent person who is also continuing to learn the most effective ways to navigate my life as I help others do the same.
I incorporate cognitive re-framing, mindfulness, & meaning-making in my therapy as I help you forge path to a better life. I implement these therapeutic approaches in an 8-12 week goal-focused format that helps clients explore past events and influences that have lead to current behaviors, patterns, & thought patterns while making changes in the present.
