If you are experiencing anxiety, grief, PTSD, a feeling of disconnection, lack of body awareness, stress from hormonal imbalances (PCOS) or just experiencing a sense of wanting more from life or therapy, I am your therapist.

Working with me, I will provide space for you to reconnect your mind, body and soul. Using somatic processing, psychodrama and EMDR (all experiential modalities), we will explore your perspectives about self/others/world, how those impact your ability to show up in the way you would like to, and learn to intentionally create the person you want to be.

I am the therapist that encourages you to SHOW me how you feel, whether that's a body posture, facial expression or even a drawing/picture.
