Coastal Therapy & Wellness is a group practice of Mental Health Professionals. Our philosophy is to help our clients work through life's toughest challenges, not to just get over them. When someone is struggling, it is not a sign of weakness to ask for help, but a sign of courage. There are many benefits of working with a group practice. Reassurance that all providers receive regular consultation offers a strong clinical and ethical team working in your corner.
