My goal is to provide therapeutic services to individuals and groups for all ages. All of us face challenges every day. Some are large in nature and require a lot of assistance to get through, others are smaller and require minimal help. Therapy starts with identifying these challenges and then developing the skills to reduce and ideally resolve them. Some therapy focuses on gaining insight into the origin of the issue which helps to reduce and resolve it, other therapy is focused on solving a specific issue. Some therapy spans years while others can be as short as a few months. I believe in the inherent healing capacity of the individual.

My name is Jeanett Velazquez Reight and I am an Art Therapist and counselor offering telehealth and in person counseling in Augusta, Maine.
