Life is full of challenges that sometimes can be overwhelming. I bring over 3 decades of experience in helping people find the solutions to those challenges. My role as a therapist is to bring understanding and perspective to help individuals, couples and families improve their quality of life. I bring extensive experience in a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns across all ages.
My clinical philosophy is rooted in a person centered approach that seeks to thoroughly understand a person's life perspective and what meaningful change means. I typically start with a developmental review and how life challenges have evolved. This helps highlight both the factors obstructing life satisfaction as well as the framework for change.
My Augusta practice is a small cash-only practice. I do provide documentation to submit for out-of-network or flex plan submission. Cash or check payment is due at the time.of service.
