My name is Preston Herdt, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. My approach is client-centered, and I tailor my therapeutic techniques to best fit the needs of each client. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions and work towards their personal goals. As a dedicated Psychotherapist, I utilize EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support my clients in achieving their goals. I grew up in a small town where I gained experience working in Law Enforcement where the emphasis was on genuine relationships with others, being dedicated to helping others, and to showing a high level of respect for everyone.
