Every human being is unique and worthy, hence, we draw from different Evidence-Based Treatment modalities to best fit the needs of each client. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT, Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), among other modalities.
