I specialize in a wide range of modalities to support each individual. From a "body based lens," I weave trauma informed and evidenced based practices, EMDR, Dance Movement Therapy, and the Creative and Expressive Arts. I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families to address therapeutic challenges and create a plan of action for lasting change.
As fellow human being I am a mother of two young men, a licensed therapist in the states of California and Colorado, Workshop Facilitator, Yoga instructor, and Registered Dance Movement Therapist. In my spare time I love hiking, gardening and all things adventurous.

Sheltering the Storm
Support group designed to relieve anxiety and social isolation during the Covid Virus Pandemic. I will lead conversation, mediation and gentle yoga during this 90 minute session. Members are invited to participate in community sharing and resourcing. Sessions will begin ONLINE. You will need a mat, comfortable clothing, and simple art supplies.
