Hi there, I'm so glad you're here! I'm Ariel, and I'm an Associate Licensed Therapist who partnered with Mindful Therapy Group in 2023. I received my Master’s degree from Grand Canyon University and enjoy working with clients one-on-one. My approaches are centered around you and your specific needs, I will meet you where you are in your journey towards progress.

The goal of treatment is to provide outpatient mental health services, which eliminate or substantially reduce communication and/or social/ cultural barriers. My treatment encourages the involvement of natural support systems available to individuals and families. The goal is the client should live in the community as least restrictively as possible an environment, with minimal Dependance on public safety and acute care resources. To enable patients to establish or maintain appropriate residences and or to advert crisis and re-hospitalization or more restrictive levels of care. The client has the right to refuse treatment.

We all go through rough patches in life, but sometimes we just need a listening ear, need to talk and not feel judged, and/or just need a safe space to cry at times. I want to offer you that safe space and be that listening ear for you. Let's work together to find the tranquility that you deserve!

I am an insight based therapist and believe that so much of therapy is about connecting important dots and understanding how they inform our own origin stories. I honor the therapeutic relationship and what it means to support clients at their pace as they work through their own therapeutic process. My goal is to provide a space for people where they can more deeply understand themselves and the relationships around them; understand how the various spheres of influence (e.g., family or origin, religious upbringing) can shape our thoughts/beliefs in the present, as well as gain clarity on the direction they want to go in the future.

I use many modalities in treatment including CBT, DBT, attachment theory, interpersonal outcomes method, boundaries, mindfulness, meditation, art therapy, and lifespan integration.
