Welcome to my practice. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have worked in the mental health field for the past 8 years. I have extensive experience working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals as well as the general hearing population who face a variety of mental health concerns. I enjoy working alongside clients to create a therapeutic space for them to take steps towards shifting unhelpful patterns, better understanding how their experiences and environment have shaped their inner world, and taking steps towards long lasting change.
I offer therapy primarily focused on healing relationships – both with others and yourself – using a variety of somatic and cognitive therapy tools to provide support aimed at treating each client as the individual they are. I am a hearing therapist with over 10 years experience in the Deaf community and am able to provide therapy in either English or ASL
