I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, conflict, life transitions, behavior difficulties, parenting challenges, stress management, and relationship concerns, among other difficulties.

We are licensed psychotherapists who have been practicing for over 30 years. Our therapeutic work is based in the idea that quality of life is largely dependent upon a feeling of belonging or a sense of connectedness to others. Sometimes though, we feel unwanted, lacking value and self-worth. We can be profoundly uncertain of our own potential or where we stand in our relationships with others. We all grapple with stress, self-doubt and the challenges of finding meaning, purpose, and solving our ultimate existential concerns - "Who am I," and "Where am I headed?"

I have been a licensed psychotherapist and marriage counselor for over 30 years. Conflicts can seem insurmountable. This is especially so when we lack insight into not only ourselves and our own childhood wounds, but also the developmental origins of our partner's behavior. My therapeutic work is based in the idea that quality of life is largely contingent upon a feeling of connectedness to others. Through thoughtful and compassionate understandings/insights, my goal is to help couples let go of resentments - the obstacles to intimacy - and develop deeper, safer bonds, and a more realistic appreciation of their valued partnerships.

I believe everyone already has the capability within themselves to heal. My job is to help them access the tools to bring about hope and change. I provide a non-judgmental, safe environment for the individual to explore and process their needs while educating them on ways to cope and manage their identified area of concern.

I address all issues from the perspective of a person's environment. We all exist in the context of a family, a community and a culture. In therapy we often find that there is nothing wrong with us, depression, anxiety, etc., are not innate dysfunctions but rather result from conflict that arises in our environment. I like to help individuals, couples and families learn about these environments to better navigate them as well as learn about themselves and what it means to be who they are in the context of their environment.

I am the Owner and Founder of MultiPath Counseling LLC. I am an LCSW with 12+ years experience with Mental Health and provide Telehealth Services along with In-office therapy appointments. I have worked in many different Mental Health Settings such as: Residential, IBHS, Drug and Alcohol, and Community Based. Call me to discuss your needs! I also incorporate traditional counseling sessions with Equine Assisted Activities. EAP is an option and is offered at an offsite location (only in Spring / Summer months)!
