We are licensed psychotherapists who have been practicing for over 30 years. Our therapeutic work is based in the idea that quality of life is largely dependent upon a feeling of belonging or a sense of connectedness to others. Sometimes though, we feel unwanted, lacking value and self-worth. We can be profoundly uncertain of our own potential or where we stand in our relationships with others. We all grapple with stress, self-doubt and the challenges of finding meaning, purpose, and solving our ultimate existential concerns - "Who am I," and "Where am I headed?"
We work with individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing stress and self-doubt in their search for purpose and meaning in their lives. Our specialty areas are depression and anxiety, relationship problems, addictions, codependency, and identity development. We provide medication referrals as needed and work closely with prescribers in our area.
Our offices are located in the historic Durrast House - a private, relaxed and "homey" antique environment in the quaint Amish community of New Wilmington.
