Are you someone who is dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship problems, or physical pain? It may be time to reach out for some help. I specialize in working with adults, late teens, those over 65, & parents who are struggling with disruptive children. I'm here to help you get some relief & to get some control back in your life.
I use a holistic approach by taking into consideration all the needs of the individual. This includes using mindful meditation, cognitive restructuring, communication training & behavioral interventions. The goal is to help my clients gain an increased sense of self, improved interpersonal relationships, as well as addressing emotional & spiritual needs.
This life can be very hard & full of challenges. The secret is learning how to master these hurdles & the persistent emotions and negative thoughts that beat you up. I teach my clients to do this by building their self esteem, their creativity, their goodness, and help them develop good coping skills.
