Whether it developed from an accident, a chronic disease, or surfaced from a seemingly unknown cause, the experience of chronic pain can be absolutely draining & life altering. Our 12 week online group, will help you identify pain triggers, ration energy, and develop a better relationship with your body. Each week we will focus on new ways to help you learn to manage and cope with your pain, in ways allows you to participate in your life again.
