Throughout the years I've found opportunities to work with various populations ranging in ages, diagnoses, goals, & approaches. I have extensive experience working with children & adolescents on the autism spectrum, as well as with parents to teach skills to manage behavioral issues. I also do family counseling, including with families & adoption. I work with with children & adolescents with trauma, anxiety, & behavioral issues (oppositional defiant disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, ADHD, & reactive attachment disorder). I have experience working with the female population struggling with drug/alcohol addiction, as well as individuals with anxiety, depression, andd mood difficulties.

My practice focuses on predominately all things included in women's mental health. Issues surrounding Pregnancy anxiety & Depression, Postpartum Mood & anxiety disorders, Pregnancy/Infancy grief & loss, Birth Trauma, NICU parenting, and infertility. The needs and the goals of my clients vary but the overall goal is to meet the individual's needs and strengthen their well-being. Therapy is tailored to the individual and their goals while obtaining support and learning new and effective skills and strategies.

My focus is on empowering clients on their journey towards cultivating greater self-acceptance, creating healthier and more fulfilling relationships, and achieving an alignment between their personal goals and choices. This collaborative journey of self-discovery and growth is guided by open and empathetic dialogue, allowing clients to live more authentic and meaningful lives. My practice addresses many types of client concerns and I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients. I provide gender assessments for medical affirmation referrals based on the WPATH Standards of Care, usually in one to two session.

My goal is to allow client to openly address their levels of fear, depression and issues relating to their disorder. Many factors from past encounters result in high levels of depression and mental health conditions. My goal is to allow my client to address these fears and use my services as a three stage process to function independently with the least amount of medication and therapeutic interventions as possible. My overall goal is to address condition using alternative therapeutic problem solving interventions, while at the same time helping them to make changes based on their current condition. I am a Licensed Mental Health Care provider with more than eight years of experience in the treatment of adults and adolescents with a history of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, BPD, and trauma-related disorders. Currently, I am in the process of being paneled by some insurance companies, but for now, I accept cash & credit/debit cards. I offer appropriate resources for the care needed, ensuring that my clients feel safe to open themselves up and focus on their mental and emotional health.
