About
Welcome. I mean that sincerely. I offer counseling that is based on the belief that everyone belongs, and no difficulty you face is unacceptable. I strive to create an environment in which your fears, sadness, and stressors, as well as your hopes and desires are safe. Sometimes our lives are overwhelmed by the circumstances that we experience and we need someone to help us sort it out and make sense of it. I am available to walk that part of the journey with you.
I am a licensed, Clinical Mental Health Professional with a specialty in Pastoral Counseling. That means that I have expertise in mental health and, to the degree your spiritual life has meaning to you, it is welcome as part of the healing and growth process in our work together. I will make room for your beliefs and your traditions, whatever they may be.
I invite you to reach out to me if you need support through a crisis, a transition or life event that has undermined your strength or your ability to cope. It is my hope that you will find at the end of the journey you are stronger, happier and better prepared to meet the challenges you face.
