I have been practicing from a strength-based perspective, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Psycho-education to treat clients. Individuals present with complex diagnosis such as Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, Trauma, Bipolar and other issues. I can help you work on improving life challenges and manage complex issues.
My background and experience have allowed me to view clients as individuals while building a therapeutic relationship and enhancing their integrity, growth and productivity.
