We are excited to announce we are growing again and now offer services to children! Karen Benjamin-Hamlet has joined our team and has immediate openings for self pay with insurances coming soon! She offers Telehealth and in-person sessions at our office in Mount Pocono. She will be accepting new clients ages 5 and up! Dr. Jahaira Lopez-Pastrana is providing Psychiatric Services via Telehealth. Jessica Jimenez, LSW is providing therapy also via Telehealth. We are passionate about working with underserved populations/communities and particularly enjoy working with adolescents through adulthood.
We primarily use the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Client-Centered modalities in treatment but utilize interventions from other modalities as well based on the client's needs. Both these therapeutic techniques will get you to your best self!
