Are you struggling with 'adulting?' Are you scared, stuck or frustrated? I'm ready to work! My ideal client would be an adolescent or adult prepared for healing, changing and goal setting, but wants to laugh too. My clinical special interests include: Anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. I especially enjoy working with people who received a diagnosis of neurodiversity later in life. (Please be aware I do not do couples therapy or work with grief or eating disorders).
