“Journey to a Healthy Manhood” is what we want for our Black and Brown young men, today and forever more. Living in these times as a Black or Brown, young man involves many issues, thoughts, experiences that can impact their development and the trajectory of their manhood even for those residing in a healthy family and community. Managing Anxiety as a Young Man: A healing group for Black and Brown, young men ages 13-17. Goals: to help participants reduce symptoms of anxiety to improve their functioning at school, peer and family relationships and/or prevent self-harming.
