We all have moments where we need some extra help. I work within a group practice and we will listen to your relationship, family members, pain, depression, anxiety, addiction and how you really feel. We want to talk to you and offer open feedback without judgment. I work with seniors, adults, teens. We are motivating and optimistic therapists with years of experience working with employment, mental health and substance abuse addictions.
We discreetly counsel in the privacy of my office settings and video conference. We openly listen, share, provide feedback and interventions. We treat PTSD, LBGTQ, women's issues, adjustment and anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorder, and schizophrenia . At this time my caseload for office visits is full, I can refer you to one of the therapists.
My practice is part of a private group psychotherapy practice located in "non-clinical" setting in a residential community. It is warm and inviting. Both my peers (see photos) and I value working with clients, families, and their spouses. Our clients often share that they leave our offices to go to their homes with workable plans of action.

Men/ Womens's Anger Management: Court Approved
Anger Management Training is very helpful for individuals who feel they need to learn how to best manage their anger and negative emotions. These psycho-educational gender specific groups can provide Court-Mandated Anger Management. If you have been ordered by the Court or advised by your attorney to seek Anger Management Training, it is important to comply with the Court order as soon as possible. We provide effective Anger Management Training in a private and individual setting and in groups. Our program fully satisfies the requirements of the Court Order. Letters can be provided with your authorization. Space is limited.

Session is offered in group setting and do not replace care offered in individual therapy. Seating is limited.
