I provide a nonjudgmental space for you to heal and grow. My practice is evidence-based and includes a variety of focuses. I have specific experience with individuals working in tech, healthcare providers, and legal professionals. Neurodivergence, autism, and associated relational challenges are areas where I have advanced training. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, trauma, bipolar, depression, substance use disorders, parenting challenges, and relationship issues. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I specialize in gender and sexual diversity.

My passion is working with men’s issues, LGBTQ folk, people living cross-cultural lives, creatives, and trauma, especially Religious Trauma. In healing my own childhood trauma, in my training, and guiding others, I know well the remarkable power of mind/body integration. I will be with you every step of the way as you emerge into a loving, connected and free self. My holistic approach is down-to-earth and gentle, centering in mindful awareness of the present moment and how your past is shaping it. I work with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Hello! My guess is that you're currently feeling a bit overwhelmed and possibly frustrated by the task of finding a therapist who both resonates with you and, is available. Being overwhelmed by the complexity of our lives, by our relationships, our work-lives and by the financial pressures we sometimes face seems to have become the "new normal" for many of us. I am Jungian based, using EMDR, mindfulness psychology, and somatic approaches, all to deepen your relationship to yourself.

My clients often have a history of (or ongoing) trauma, including medical trauma, attachment trauma, single-incident traumatic events, and complex trauma; difficulty coping with chronic illness and/or disability (e.g., EDS, MCAS, POTS, gastrointestinal issues, cancer, autoimmune disease, mobility issues); anxiety/panic disorders; obsessive-compulsive disorder; and/or dissociative disorders. Many of my clients have complex cases. Some choose to do long-term depth work with me, while others may see me to work toward more immediate goals.
