About
There are times in life when we lose our way to our own truth and to our own sense of joy and purpose. I offer a wide range of experience and a deep capacity to understand many ways of being. Through collaboration, exploration, mindfulness and somatic presence, I support you in connecting compassionately to a place of self-care --where strength, trust, and resiliency can grow and flourish.
I work with adults using somatic/mind-body, humanistic, experiential, and strength-centered therapies. I'm also experienced in academic and career guidance. I look to integrate several approaches into my sessions by using a wide variety of evidence-based modalities specifically catered to meet the unique needs of each individual.
As a long-term holistic healer of over twenty years, I bring professional wisdom, experience, warmth, compassion, safety, wholeness, authenticity, and humor to each session. I openly welcome people of any gender, race, ethnicity, size, nationality, sexual orientation, ability level, religion, family structure, culture, and self-identification.
