I will work collaboratively with you to gain insight why you feel the way you do and to assist in the development of adaptive coping skills so YOU CAN feel more hope, confidence and balance in your life. I provide a nonjudgmental space where you will feel safe to process and feel heard. Clients often tell me they feel less stress after our first session.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I was trained primarily in an acute treatment addictions hospital where I worked with adolescents, adults and their families in inpatient and outpatient settings. I acquired a passion for supporting clients to improve self worth, recovery, healing through gaining insight, knowledge and adaptive coping mechanisms.
I believe the spirit of therapeutic relationship is important which is why I offer a 10 minute complementary consult to enable clients an opportunity to know me and determine if I am a good fit. My goal is to make each client feel safe, heard, non judgement and help them to make peace with their situation and find more joy and happiness .
