For 30 years I worked in adoption and family coaching. I am experienced in trauma, parenting, infertility, gender/ sexuality/racial identity and relationship building. I use a variety of interventions, and work with clients to set goals to plan for successful outcomes. I am eager to learn about my clients, and to figure out how best to help. Psychological trauma occurs when our level of stress exceeds our ability to cope with that stress. When this happens, our subconscious minds often develop cognitive distortions and a disregulated nervous system (stuck in fight-or-flight survival mode) that can then lead to maladaptive behaviors. This may show up as feeling anxious or depressed, ADHD, memory issues, confusion, or dissociation, feeling stuck, or lacking stability, motivation, & focus in life. I specialize in helping womxn who have been subjected to narcissistic abuse by men. This type of romantic relationship is known as a "pathological love relationship" (PLR).

As a neuropsychologist, I provide neuropsychological assessments, diagnostic services, and treatment to a wide range of clients, from questions about a child's learning difficulties to concerns about a senior's memory that has started to impact their daily living. I also provide a wide range of evaluations for legal related issues from Independent Medical Examinations, fitness for duty to legal issues; such as testamentary capacity. I am a licensed clinical psychologist who uses evidence-based psychotherapy. Sophia Bullard studied at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, receiving her Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2021 and her Masters of Science in Community and Trauma Counseling in May of 2022. Sophia is currently working towards the LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) credential in the state of Hawaii. Additionally, she has future goals of becoming a Registered Play Therapist and Certified Yoga Therapist. Sophia’s clinical experience stems from working as a counseling intern at various public elementary and middle schools in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Camille is a licensed social worker, psychotherapist and behavioral specialist who received her Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Mental and Behavioral Health from the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa. With over ten years experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families in outdoor, educational and therapeutic settings she brings a dynamic style, utilizing a strength-based approach. Camille has experience working with military families and local behavioral health organizations.
