Weekly Mindfulness Meditation with Handpan

Being mindful means paying attention to the present moment in a particular way, with the intention of being compassionate and neutrally accepting the moment exactly as it is. The benefits of a mindfulness practice have been scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve memory, reduce anxiety and depression, increase emotional regulation, and increase empathy. This group offers mindfulness meditation with instruction in sitting posture and focus. The 1 hour group opens and closes the silent sit with a handpan/hangdrum or other instruments for sound cleanse. Suggested donation $10.
