Welcome to my private practice. I will first provide you with some background information about me so that you can become familiar with me. I had the honor of serving on active duty as an Officer and Clinical Psychologist for the Army, the Navy and as a civilian Clinical Psychologist for the Department of Defense.
My areas of specialization have been for Patients who have anger, PTSD (combat and non-combat), anxiety and depression. The other areas of specialization have been in pre-marital, relationship, marital, divorce counseling and Family counseling. I have also Provided treatment for victims of racism, sexism, discrimination, alcohol and drug abuse.
Social learning Theory has been my primary approach to counseling. I believe that we all have the potential to make Positive Changes in the way we think, behave and in our beliefs. WE can gain wisdom from our traumatic experiences that will provide a new, more solid base for our lives. WE have a mind, a body and a spirit, let's use all 3 to heal.

This group will provide emotional and spiritual support, stress management, anger management skills , burn out prevention techniques and assistance with positive behavioral change. Symptoms of traumatization will be addressed and efforts will be made to help resolve those a symptoms .
