Together, we will help you learn to set healthy boundaries and communicate better so that your relationships are more balanced and rewarding. I'm here to listen to you, challenge you, and support you so that you feel less overwhelmed and distressed and more empowered. Our sessions will be a collaborative space filled with compassion and helpful tools.
