If you are a person that is looking for individual therapy for yourself, I have experience and tools to help you in your journey, as well.
Couples - I am trained in The Gottman Method (including treating affairs) and utilize research from Brené Brown and Brent Atkinson to inform my approach with each unique couple. For the courageous individual seeking individual therapy - I have extensive training in CBT, DBT, EFT, and REBT. I believe in respect and empathy and want to know you and your story.
I am licensed in GA, TN, and MS and see couples and clients in all three states. All sessions are virtual and can be held over video and/or phone. Couples sessions are 90 minute sessions.
