We specialize in depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD/trauma, crisis, grief & bereavement, and complex trauma. Treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TF-CBT, Play Therapy, Bilingual Counseling (Spanish), EMDR, and Narrative Exposure Therapy. Mica conducts Mental Health Status Evaluations in English and Spanish for immigration VISAs.
