Having received training in both Clinical and Forensic psychology, I deliver targeted Behavioral, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) Therapies to diverse client populations, tailored to the specific needs of each individual. I specialize in treating adolescents and adults with Personality Disorders (Borderline, Narcissistic, Antisocial), Behavioral Disorders (Oppositional Defiant, Anger), Mood Disorders (Anxiety, Depression), and Sexual Dysfunction. I also treat violent and non-violent criminal offenders, sex offenders, perpetrators of domestic violence, and various other forensic populations.

I enjoy and specialize in treating adults navigating experiences including; women's issues, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and supporting parents of LGBTQIA+ children. I believe fully in the collaborative nature of the therapeutic relationship. The issues and experiences unique to parents of LGBTQIA+ folks are an area of expertise and interest in my work. I enjoy working with clients to acquire the insight to change ineffective patterns with an emphasis on compassionate understanding, empowerment and affirmation. As a therapist in the Insight Clinical Counseling and Wellness group, my goal is to help clients become their authentic selves. These Workshops are Informative & Powerful, in order to Accelerate the Healing Process & Stop any further Damage from Occurring. In Addition, Our Success RATE is 85% of Our Couples that have Successfully Completed Our Couples Workshops or Alcohol Treatment.
