I approach psychotherapy with a special focus on each client. My practice is informed by a range of psychological theories, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt psychology, trauma informed, strength based and developmental theory. I am a certified EMDR therapist and I incorporate mindfulness, acceptance, breath work, and relaxation techniques.
