I can offer an ability to listen and understand what you are feeling and what is important to you. I specialize in providing a therapy that is focused on your own perspective and lived experience, and builds upon that by combining it with an understanding of anxiety, depression, and the effects of lived experiences on a person's life and functioning.
The hardest step is often just reaching out for help. We can work together to develop a space in which you will feel comfortable sharing and thinking together about what is happening in a way that opens doors for finding solutions to whatever you are struggling with.
