In individual therapy, I provide traditional supportive talk therapy and an array of other techniques. including heart-centered hypnotherapy. With Imago Relationship Therapy, couples will learn to use positive communication, active listening, validation and empathy in a structured non-judgmental format that helps you improve your relationship together.
