My approach to therapy is integrative. We will collaboratively determine if you would benefit from developing cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavioral (DBT), or coping skills, or if you would benefit more from a psychodynamic approach, which involves building insight and awareness into yourself, past experiences, and relationships with others.
