Welcome. Life can become overwhelming sometimes ( understatement! ). My sessions are authentic, very interactive, empathetic, and solution focused. You will get more clarity on the issues you're facing, have more self-awareness, and insights(!), feel well supported, learn strategies to use unique to you, and grow a lot. I am experienced in successfully treating a variety of issues: Stress, Anxiety or Panic, Adapting to change, Depression, Bi-Polar, OCD, Trauma/PTSD, Fear, Spectrum Disorder, Addictions, Issues in Divorce/pre-div, Survivors of Abuse & Narcissistic Abuse, or clients who are/were psycho-emotionally violated by others.

Each of us have faced painful personal experiences. Pain can be due to events, interactions with others or troubled relationships. Or they can be caused by negative behavior or thought patterns that won’t stop. Sometimes we can address such troubles on their own. However, if you have been unable to resolve difficult issues alone, you may realize how they reduce the quality of your life – by establishing a pattern of emotional problems, an inability to interact productively with others, impacting your career, negatively affect relationships, or create problematic habits. But they can be addressed with help. My hours are M-F 8-4

Experienced in helping individuals with a wide range of issues including: OCD, bipolar, depression, anxiety, anger management, major life transitions, trauma, maternal health, grief, relationship stress, addictive behavior, & addiction in the family. Assessing level of impairment from behavioral health, substance abuse, postpartum, or co-occurring disorder. Encouraging a self defined path to recovery through a variety of approaches. Intervention and consultation services available.

I offer a welcoming place for your child to explore a wide range of issues, learn to process and explore emotions and build upon skills. I engage in children's natural play language to unpack and examine a child’s strong feelings with the goal of helping all children build on their strengths and develop resiliency . I also use other modalities such as art, story telling, and mindfulness to teach coping tools, and help children understand their internal world. Together we will co-create a creative and productive therapeutic experience.

I am a Child and Family Therapist who works with children of all ages and their families. My goal is to help your family connect through compassion, creating new coping tools, and become more resilient. I support children in building a deeper awareness of what happens inside, recognizing their hot buttons, and becoming empowered to use new, more constructive coping tools for stressful and difficult moments in life. I provide support for parents jointly with individual treatment for children. Through parent and family sessions, I identify helpful strategies to support child and family growth at home.
