I’m a Child and Family Therapist who supports children of all ages and their families in building connection, resilience, and emotional awareness. I help children recognize what’s happening inside, understand their triggers, and use new, effective coping tools during stressful moments. I also work closely with parents through joint and family sessions to strengthen support at home and develop strategies that promote growth and healing for the whole family.

This systemic approach is the most powerful way to help your child & family work through challenges and become more resilient. Together we will look at repetitive and destructive family patterns, boundaries, and structure that can change when identified and challenged. Therapy will be a warm and accepting environment for parents & children alike.

I have worked for years with families in both clinical and school settings. I now have in person session as well as Telehealth. I use a secure, HIPPA compliant platform. You are able to have sessions from the comfort of your home or the location of your choice, with minimal disruptions to your day. I am out of network and all sessions are self pay.
