Experienced in helping individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns and accessing care. A passion for treating addiction disorders within individuals, couples and families. If you are seeking an eclectic approach to treating addiction, I support all paths to recovery. Women's health is unique, from matresence to menopause, symptoms presentation can be . I carry a small caseload to ensure you have the care you need, when you need.

I consider myself an interactive therapist who is comfortable working with a wide range of presentations and tailoring approach to each individual. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic practices, bringing years of clinical experience, and a large clinical network that supports ease of access to needed added levels of care.

You are important to me. I carry a small caseload so I can be present with you and flexible for you or your families scheduling needs. Learn coping strategies and interventions for living with obsessive compulsive disorder, high anxiety. and panic. This is an opportunity to build connections for sustained wellness while reducing isolation. Group will offer education on inference based CBT to address maladaptive patterns of thought, provide education on methods of coping, including somatic approaches, and connect you with like minded individuals seeking to reduce isolation.
